During our initial meeting, I'll take you step-by-step through the science behind our program, and what you can do to lose the max amount of weight for permanent results...because every person is different. It depends on your effort and your body. I can help you lose 20 lbs in the first month, but guess what? It will most likely snap back like an angry rubber-band. However, I see on average 0.5 - 2 lbs per week on average.
We have an initial commitment time for our program, but after that, you're free to cancel anytime!
