Will I work with Peter directly?

YES. Peter will work directly with you. Your goals. Your results. Your meal plan, training system...all a collaboration with your coach Peter himself.

How personalized ss the Nutrition Coaching?

It’s built around you. We’re talking exact calories, tailored macros, and meal plans based on the foods you actually like to eat. This isn’t some cookie-cutter diet where you cut out everything fun. Nope—we’re creating a plan that fits your life, so you can stick with it and finally see results that last.

What equipment do I need?

Simple: whatever you’ve got, we’ll work with it. If you're a gym member, or you have a simple set-up at home, we'll build the program around your setup. But heads up—you must AT LEAST have dumbbells. I can help guide you through this.

How long are the workouts?

Your workouts should fit your life—not the other way around. We'll build a sustainable program around your schedule, not someone else’s. Whether you’ve got 15 minutes or 75, we’ll make it count. No guilt, no pressure—just a plan that works because it works for you.

How much weight can I lose?

During our initial meeting, I'll take you step-by-step through the science behind our program, and what you can do to lose the max amount of weight for permanent results...because every person is different. It depends on your effort and your body. I can help you lose 20 lbs in the first month, but guess what? It will most likely snap back like an angry rubber-band. However, I see on average 0.5 - 2 lbs per week on average.

What's your canellation policy?

We have an initial commitment time for our program, but after that, you're free to cancel anytime!
